Where are my files?

Opened the app up wanting to play some of my mp3 files, and saw cloud download symbols. Opened the app up today and all of my files where gone...mp3 and all pdfs!

Instead, find an option to upgrade to handle larger files. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!!! Really Disturbing!!!
